The Oilmatic is the automatic fuel temperature control machine developed first in 1965 by Kanto Seiki. This machine is designed for constant temperature control of hydraulic oil used in the machine tool through the year. Since then, we have upgraded our unique technology of heat transmission, fluid, and temperature control, to solve various “heat problems” in the machine tool. By using these core technologies, we have produced the Oilmatic, which always reflects the needs of the times. At present, the Oilmatic gains a certain position as a peripheral apparatus indispensable to suppress heat displacement in a machine tool, and to keep a high processing accuracy. We can design and manufacture the custom-made Oilmatic based on the customer’s required specifications, in addition to the standard products listed on the catalog.

Response to Environment

Products considering friendliness to the environment

The Oilmatic is the product with much consideration taken to the environmental problem.
We adopted the inverter control refrigerator in 1994 for the first time in the industry, and developed excellent energy-saving products. In addition, we have used highly recycling parts in the capacitor and evaporator, and manufactured ecological products.
In 2000, we developed the product using new coolant with zero ozone depletion potential, and contributed to the environment.

SKYNEXUS

We declare the next-generation technology, SKYNEXUS.

We call our unique next-generation technology SKYNEXUS, and incorporate it in the future products to realize the excellent environmental performance of a mother machine.

Based on the SKYNEXUS strategy, we will make every effort to develop innovative technology to improve the environmental performance, by our unique temperature control technology, inverter control, recycling efficiency, multiple heat source management, use of CO² coolant, etc. The SKYNEXUS will surely improve the environmental performance.

  • Cseries

    The design is renewed.
    The conventional MRSC series has been totally reviewed in the specifications, price, and environment.
    The environment-friendly space-saving model has been developed.
    The twin-pulse valve control is newly adopted to realize high-precision liquid temperature control over a wide range from a low load to a maximum heat load. (Patent: No. 4786960)

  • CLseries

    The high-precision Oilmatic model of forced circulation cooling system employs our unique “Gas bypass PID control”.
    The cooling capacity is linearly variable to match the heat load, enabling high-precision liquid temperature control over a wide rage from a low load to a maximum load. (Patented)

  • MLSAseries / MLSBseries

    The MLSA series is the standard Oilmatic model of forced circulation cooling system without a reservoir tank developed for cooling the open spindle head. The refrigerator ON/OFF control is adopted.
    The model 11 or higher adopts the gas bypass control. The MLSB series is the standard Oilmatic model of forced circulation cooling system with a reservoir tank developed for cooling the closed spindle head. The reservoir tank is arranged compact under the MLSA series Oilmatic main body.

  • Vseries

    The KTV series design is renewed. Like the C-Series, the twin pulse value control is newly adopted, realizing high-precision liquid temperature control over a wide range from a low load to a maximum heat load, contributing to energy saving. (Patent: No. 4786960)

  • KTVseries

    The KTV Oilmatic has the cooling coil immersed in the coolant tank, and cools the coolant liquid by the eddy flow of coolant liquid generated by rotation of the stirring disc provided in the middle of the coil, and the heat exchange with the refrigerant flowing in the coil. When the liquid temperature is lower than the set temperature, stable temperature control is always possible by adding the initial warming heater (option).

  • MLCC(KTCG)series / MRCCseries

    The KTCG Oilmatic is designed to connect the main body and the coolant tank via piping for cooling the coolant liquid by the heat exchange with the refrigerant flowing in the cooler provided in the main body by drawing up the liquid from the tank by the coolant pump. When the liquid temperature is lower than the set temperature, stable temperature control is always possible by adding the initial warming heater (option). Both ON-OFF control system and inverter control system are prepared. (MRCC series is patented by No. 4786960. )

  • Wseries

    The model adopts the inverter control to high-precision control the temperature of “water” used in the semiconductor manufacturing apparatus and various industrial machines, and like the model for oil, controls the liquid temperature with a high precision over a wide range from a low load to a maximum load.
