Symptoms - Not cooled, not normally cooled.

1 No hot air Gas may leak. Fill out the check sheet, and contact the support center.
2 Dirty capacitor Clean the capacitor.
3 Dirty cooling unit Clean the cooling unit.
4 Insufficient circulation flow rate The piping resistance on the intake side may be too high. Take measures to decrease the resistance. When a filter is used in the flow path, the filter may be clogged, and clean the filter.

Symptoms - Alarm occurs.ML / KTV / KTCG / MLCC series

AL01 Eddy current in the pump or stirring motor, reversed phase Manually reset OL1 in the control box. Replace the three-phase power supply. Defect in the pump or stirring motor, high viscosity liquid, thin liquid piping, locked pump, etc. Check the abnormal part.
AL02 Eddy current in the compressor Manually reset OL2 in the control box. Defect in the fan motor or compressor, gas leakage, coolant shortage, overload, increased intake temperature, etc. Check the abnormal part.
AL03 Abnormal pressure in the refrigeration circuit and abnormal temperature in the compressor Automatically reset by resuming the operation (reset by decreasing the temperature and pressure). Dirty capacitor or cooling unit, overload, increased intake temperature, defective fan motor, etc. Check the abnormal part.
AL04 Heater surface, abnormal case temperature Automatically reset by resuming the operation (reset by decreasing the temperature). Insufficient circulation flow rate, abnormal liquid surface, dirty or defective protection device, etc. Check the abnormal part.

AL31 Overcurrent in the HIC Automatically reset by resuming the operation. Replacement of the parts of the inverter substrate and HIC substrate
AL32 Overcurrent in the compressor
AL33 Abnormal signal output of the HIC
