We are using R-22 as the coolant. Can you supply the parts?

Currently, in accordance with the Montreal Protocol, each manufacturer that handles refrigerant parts is changing models from time to time, and the production of parts for R-22 has been discontinued, so it is not possible to supply them.

Please tell me how to switch between constant type and follow-up type control.

ON-OFF control method (ML series, KTV series)

The switching operation should be performed by a qualified person such as the person in charge of maintenance and inspection or the person in charge of service of the manufacturer.

Switching between follow-up type and constant type is possible only for the same control method. (Example: 0⇔1)

  1. (1) Turn on the power. Displays the current liquid temperature.

  2. (2) Press the [UP] or [DOWN] key while simultaneously pressing the [PARA] and [ENT] keys on the operation panel to make changes.

  3. (3) Release the [PARA] and [ENT] keys to complete the setting change.

There is no particular problem even if the room temperature (reference) temperature detection sensor is connected when changing from the follow-up type to the constant type by switching the control method. A separate room temperature (reference) temperature detection sensor is required when changing from a constant type to a follow-up type.

Since the control method (constant type and follow-up type) can be changed by operating the keys on the operation panel, the model of the controller may differ from the description in the specifications.

(The current control method is constant if [C] appears on the [PARA] key display when the [PARA] key on the operation panel is pressed, and follow-up if [A] appears.)

    Turn on DIP switch number 4 on the control board. By turning on the power and operating, it can be switched to the room temperature follow-up type. As a result, an alarm will not occur even if the reference temperature tracking sensor is removed from the terminal block.
  • How to switch from the room temperature follow-up type to the reference temperature follow- up type Stop the operation and turn off the power.
    Turn OFF DIP switch number 4 on the control board. Attach the reference temperature tracking sensor to the terminal block. By turning on the power and operating, it can be switched to reference temperature tracking.
  • The standard specification does not include a reference temperature sensor.

Where do you need regular cleaning?

We recommend cleaning the air filter once a week so that you can use it for a long time.

Also, if you are using a “water-cooled” Oilmatic/Purematic, depending on the quality of the water, scales may build up inside the water-cooled condenser, resulting in reduced cooling capacity and compressor failure. . Regularly manage and wash the water quality.

Do Oilmatic/Purematic require inspection based on the Freon Emissions Control Law?

*Of the “Type 1 specified products”, “equipment over a certain scale” is obligated to undergo “regular inspection” by engineers handling refrigerant fluorocarbons. “Equipment above a certain scale” refers to equipment with a rated output of 7.5kw or more for the motor used in the compressor of the equipment. Simple inspection method and frequency

Examples of basic inspection items include:

If you intentionally release fluorocarbons, which are used as refrigerants in specific products, you will be punished by imprisonment with work for not more than one year or a fine of not more than 500,000 yen because it falls under the legally prohibited release of fluorocarbons. .
